Faction Change Twice

Hey, quick question.

I was horde, just transferred alliance. Plan on going back at the end of the arena season. Do my Hodir/Shadowvault/Argent, etc. factions all come back?

I was champion of all, did all the quests etc. Now everything is reset. Is it just for alliance, or when I go back will it be "normal" again? >.>

If you return to your previous faction your prior progress with the Argent Tournament, etc... should return, that is the plan at least.
