Guildie just got hacked

Some scumbag just hacked a guildie of mine. Watched him DE almost everything he could and pass it off to his accomplice. Saw them turn in honor for gems and so on. Turned the names in of the people involved and contacted guildie who is away on vacation. Would love to stop this guy before he wrecks everything on my guildies account. Any suggestions?
