Addon warning even with no addons

Lately I've been getting the error box "Your AddOns are experiencing a large number of errors and may be slowing down the game...". The message pretty much always pops up sometime after I log on, not immediately but maybe 5 or 10 or 15 minutes after logon. This has been happening even when I turn off ALL of my addons and restart.

Any suggestions?

Btw I posted this in the Mac forum, in the thought that it might be a Mac issue. I am running OSX 10.5.8 on a MacbookPro with the NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT.

Turning addons off does not prevent them from loading, only from working.

**Note: This is all one process. No need to test WoW after resetting the permissions.

Reset the permissions on your WoW folder:
1. Select the World of Warcraft folder
2. Press Command + I
3. In the World of Warcraft Info box, go to the Sharing & Permissions section
4. Click on the lock and unlock it, entering your admin password when prompted.
5. make sure you have Read & Write permissions
6. Click on the Burst icon (cog wheel) and select Apply to enclosed items

** If using Mac OS 10.4.11, just click on the Apply to Enclosed items button. (no cog wheel)

Reset the temp files:
1. Navigate to /Applications/World of Warcraft/
2. Delete the Cache folder.
3. Move Interface and WTF to the Desktop.
4. Launch WoW.
