I faction changed a character who had his crusader title and was exalted with the silver covenant. I just found out that I would need to redo the crusader quests buried in a faq. I am extremely dissatisfied with this, since the faction change is advertised as though it is a 1-1 switch where your character is a different faction but otherwise at the same level of quest, story, and gear progression. The reality is that I now need to redo a month of dailies and miss out on ~300 champion seals. This needs to be fixed.
Frankly, if this information had been presented in a more direct manner I would have probably faction changed a different character. At the very least there should be a page that pops up warning you about what quests and reputations the character will effectively lose before the change takes place.
For $30.00, I expected more for my money.
On the very first page of the Faction Change FAQ it is bolded in red lettering that this would occur.
