Val'anyr and cata, still worth it @lvl85?

I want to see what ideas people and or admins feel about this mace's healing potential in cata. There has been some speculation that it will still be a good weapon just because of the shield that it brings.

Any thoughts and ideas on this from the healing community?

Let's put it this way... if it is competitive at level 85, it won't be for long. :)
