It is unfortunate that you have to label all Spaniards as bad players, because of your experience, in not being able to communicate or understand one another. Players are not required to speak English to play our game; we have players from all over the world and we welcome them just as we welcome you.

If you would like to see this change, on how we can make our communication better between language barriers, please post a constructive message on our suggestion forums with your ideas.

As an alternate solution you are welcome to transfer off the Vindication battlegroup, this battlegroup has all 3 Latin America realms.

Unfortunately, players like this exist in any realm, the only difference is that you will understand what they are saying, when you question them, which has nothing to do with the race or language they speak.

How can you illustrate my point in your own post yet fail to understand why mixing LA and NA realms is a bad idea? Like you said, I can't understand them. Whether they're good or bad how is that supposed to enhance my gaming experience? How is saying "Well, there are bad players everywhere!" supposed to make me feel any better about not being able to understand the people I'm grouped with?

We can easily sit here all night trying to prove each other’s points, but like I said before, let us help you and post on the suggestion forums with your constructive ideas on your situation. Where the developers can see your point of view and maybe help out in resolving this situation.

As other players suggested, you are welcome to use the /ignore feature where you will not be grouped with them again or consider my alternate suggestion. :)
