Reached max number of mail recipients

Hi,

I ran a GDKP raid tonight and thanks to a screwup with the addon I accidentally distributed 620g too much to each raid member. Thankfully this is a very tight group of friends who runs every week and I have no fears about getting the extra gold back.

I made a short form letter to mail to everyone in the raid explaining the overpay and asking if they would mind forwarding the missing gold.

When I reached the 23rd member I "could not find recipient" and then "you have reached the maximum number of unique mail recipients".

My issues here are:

1. So I can't mail anyone else, besides those ive already mailed, again ever?

2. A few weeks ago I was erroneously banned for "gold trading" because of the large sums that went through my hands on a GDKP run night. I'm very concerned that a GDKP on weds night plus a bunch of form emails in the early hours of Thursday could send automatic flags up that could see a repeat of this.

I'm sure you can appreciate the need to have some limits on email.

This takes into consideration both your incoming and outgoing boxes. Once the receipients have removed your correspondence, that number should increase again. You could also clear out your inbox and extend this by a bit over 10 right now.

I'm not seeing any indication of that - well, at least not at the moment.

Nothing looks particularly odd here, I think you just hit a limit. Now, should the same thing happen, just let us know - I see where we did review that last case for you.

Have you relogged since? I can't guarantee that will help, but it may.

Interesting, I'm not certain what may still be holding this up unless the counters just haven't cleared.

If this persists for any period of time, please do let us know, we can dig into this a bit deeper.
