The downtime during peak hours is ridiculous. If we don't make timely payment, our account is suspended. Yet if the Blizz tech team cant fix a server in a timely manner, well that's just too bad for the players. There needs to be a time credited policy for things like this.

We are aware of the issues related to the realms that are currently offline. Our staff is in the midst of working to resolve these issues. Regrettably, no ETA is currently available regarding when a resolution will be in place.
