Account Locked Continuously

Ok so I've been getting my account locked almost everytime I log on/off now, I just recently built a new computer and reinstalled everything. I don't have any viruses and I'm curious what 'triggers' this because it has to be automatic.

Any info would really be nice, this is kind of annoying now.

That would be why. Technically it's against the ToU to use it but they allow it with Australians because of the bad connection they get. When you e-mail Account Admin again tell them which tunneling service you use.

Basically, turn the tunneling on and leave it on. If you turn it on and off then you'll get your account locked again.


Actually, that is not entirely true. Though we do not support such services we do not directly prohibit its use, regardless of your location. Note though that many illicit services also use these services so in some cases it may appear that you are not a legitimate player yourself.

Though we understand that you may be frustrated, Igra, please do not take it out on those who are simply trying to help. If you have an issue with someone's posts you are welcome to bio-hazard that post to report it.

Calling people names is not acceptable here. Antagonistic behavior is also not appropriate.

If your account locks you should receive an e-mail and a confirmation link in order to regain access. It may be a good idea to check your system to make sure we aren't detecting a malicious program which is triggering the lock out. If the locks continue though you may want to contact our Billing and Account Services department, they may be able to look into it further.
