So, Me and my Fiance are using the same battlenet account For simplicity She has her account and i merged mine onto our Email address that we commonly use. I recently got a message saying our battlenet account was locked. for suspicious activity and all i had to do was change the Pw to get it unlocked Weve been playing this way now for a little over 6 months. Should i be worried?

Billing & Account Services would definitely be the best place to start, Giggledrops. There are many reasons as to why a Battle.net account can be locked down - but I'm afraid for your security, I am not able to discuss those reasons here. =(

You will definitely want them to separate your accounts from one another as well - it is partially in the interest of good security to have each World of Warcraft account on their own Battle.net account, as well as a requirement from our policies. While I understand where that can be convenient, there's also a lot of perks in keeping them separate. As a hypothetical situation, in the event one of you may be compromised, you may not have to worry about the other being compromised immediately if you're on separate Battle.net accounts, and it can give you a heads up on security issues that may arise.

Q u o t e:
I have never known a Battle.net account to be locked.

I have known for a specific license to be locked, its seems very odd, that a Battle.net account would be locked.

Times do change, Hathios, and while account security is ultimately the responsibility of the player, we are definitely taking measures here at Blizzard to help in new and, in my opinion, very exciting ways. =)

Giggledrops, if you have a moment, you may want to review the following information, especially in regards to phishing e-mails, in case you doubt any other messages you may receive.
