This is to all the blue's that monitor the posts; My guildie got hacked (along with the Gbank) last morning. I gave him a phone call and he said he didn't even get online that day. I threw in a ticket. 30 minutes after the ticket got answered and 4 hours later I got all our items back threw the mail. All I can say is Blizzards customer service has gotten MUCH MUCH better!! Thanks guys!!
