Terrible customer service

For any business it is far better to retain a customer than find a new one. WoW apparently doesn't know this beginner level business rule. If they did they would do better than 20+ minute hold times every time I call. I just want to upgrade my account but can't get it done online and can't reach them, unless i'm willing to hold 20+ minutes. Very poor service. At the very least institute a call back service, that way at least you aren't completely screwing the customer with your unwillingness to spend more money on customer service.
