Battle.net Account Retrieval Form issue

Hi,

Today i tried to log in to an alternate account of mine, to find that i couldn't log in. I logged into my E-mail to see that the accounts E-mail address had been changed... So i can no longer access my account. The link to contact support was broken, and came to a page that said "File not found".

So I immediately used the new Battle.net Form, and it said to check my E-mail for a link to reset my password, aswell as a ticket ID for my accounts restoration. I did not receive ANY E-mail. Yes i have checked junk/spam.

I am confused for two reasons, when i input my E-mail into the form, it came up with my accounts secret question, so i assumed the E-mail hadn't been changed, or it had been found somehow.. but again, I have an E-mail saying it was changed. And no further E-mails after completing the form.

Im sorry if that made no sense, im a bit freaked out.. any help would be much appreciated.

I'd need a character name/realm on the account in question to find this, Soul.

Has it been some time since you accessed this account? I'm showing that character transferred about a month ago - and yes, the email on this has been changed a couple times.

That form you filled out submitted a compromise petition for you - it's in process at the moment. You should hear something back on that within the next day or so.

In the meantime, I'd make absolutely certain your system and email account are secure.
