Celestial Steed

Hello,

I predominantly play on 4 realms - Ysera (main realm); Thunderlord; Dunemaul; and Andorhal.

I purchased the Celestial Steed when it first came out and I got it on every toon on Ysera, and every toon I made after the purchase.

However, I do NOT have the Celestial Steed on ANY toons on Thunderlord, Dunemaul, or Andorhal. When I make a new character, the mount does not come in the mail.

Is the Celestial Steed only available on one server? I don't want to purchase 3 more mounts if that's the case.

The toon that I'm posting on is a toon on the affected account on Ysera, and "Silcyna" on Andorhal is another toon.

This is the truth of the matter. The pets and mounts that are available via the Blizzard Pet Store are account specific. If the two characters that you listed above, Lesedi, are on the same account, then there does appear to be a slight issue.

I am going to ask that you log completely out of the game, at your earliest convenience, and return here (while still logged out) so that I can try to resolve this issue for you. :0)
