What happened to the report spam feature? A guildie was told a week or so ago to report someone for spamming rather than for whatever abusive thing they did - but it appears to be gone.

Correct, Tumbles - the [Report Spam] feature is still accessible in-game. There just may be other mitigating factors preventing you from using them at that time. Could be a number of things from that character no longer existing to an addon acting up. You might want to try a Reset UI if this issue persists.
