i am no longer availiable to gain exp points from anything i do. i already opened a ticket.....2 hours ago.

any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated

Well, not really. You can download the WotLK software and install it regardless of your account level, and this will install the entire game to your machine, from Vanilla and up. However, you cannot apply the LK key to your account unless you have already applied BC. Most likely, Cataclysm will go the same route.
