Your Account Has Been Locked.

Over the period of a week, I have recieved 2 notices saying my "account has been locked due to suspicious activity", while trying to log on.

Both times i've changed my password via the link in the message, logged on to find nothing has changed, no new characters, no missing items, scanned my computer, no viruses.

This is a new computer, and i haven't downloaded anything but updates, haven't visited any fake WoW sites.

What is happening and why am i getting these messages? Absolutely nothing has changed on any of my characters...

That could very well be the cause, Yei. While use of such programs are not strictly a violation of our Terms of Use, they are neither supported by us. If it is possible for you to play without it, that would be best.

In any case, it could not hurt to take some additional security steps, just in case the root of the cause is something different. If you have a chance, please take the time to review the following information:
