Error - transferring off dentarg

So my other toons transferred off of dentarg perfectly fine - there was about five of them so far. But when I try to transfer my Death Knight or Shaman (both 80) I get an error.

If you can possibly look into this or manually drag my last two toons off of dentarg and to Alterac Mountains I would happily oblige in giving you big kisses.

What is the exact text of the error you receive, Googled?

It might be better to return to your post after only a few hours. We tend to stop watching a post after 24 hours or so. O.o

Try clearing your cookies/cache and reloading your browser. I'm not aware of any issues with the Free Character Moves and they appear to be active.

Make sure you log out of the characters completely before initiating the transfer.

No, I'm afraid our In-Game Support staff is unable to assist with transfers, that is usually under the control of our Billing personal. Give the alternate browser suggestion a try though, that may allow you to transfer.

Oh, I think I have an idea. :)

Your Shaman is Captain of it's 2v2 team. Disband the team or transfer leadership.

Same with your Death Knight though that character is Captain of the 2v2's and 3v3's.

That message it supposed to be a bit clearer than that, odd. Give that a try, Googled.
