The correct information has been provided, several times, in this thread for you, Hellshound. Your correct course of action would be to contact an in-game representative so that they can investigate your friend's account on his behalf. You can do so either directly in-game or via e-mail at

If you are able to contact your friend, he may appreciate the following information as well. It would be best for him to secure any computer he regularly logs on with before reclaiming his account.
