If someone is breaking our chat policies, please do report them via an ingame petition - or by emailing wowgm@blizzard.com.

As to vent, I'm afraid that is totally outside of our jurisdiction. I'd recommend you change the password to it.

I'd also recommend just placing any of these individuals messaging you on /ignore. If they circumvent that with other characters, we need to know about that as well.
