Please stop locking my account

I am currently in china on business and am trying to kill some time by playing wow, however after about 2 min of playing I'm disconnected and my account is locked out. I have had similar problems with playing wow in china before as I travel here quite a bit. There is supposed to be a note on my account saying all this stuff. Please resolve this issue. I have e-ticket information proving that I am in china, along with other information I can provide to prove that I am here if you would like.

I know this may be frustrating for you, Keiff. Keep in mind that locks of this nature are simply to protect the account from a potential compromise and not to inconvenience our players.

I reviewed the account for the note you speak of and do show one from 2009 about your intended trip to China. Noting the account for something of this nature is done on a case by case basis once we have reviewed the situation. If you wish to address this matter you may wish to contact Account Services.
