Email Address Not Recognized

When logging in the system does not recognize my email address/username. I have an Authenticator but it never gets to that point. I have not received any emails indicating my account is locked, etc. However, I'm still logged in via the forums (but cannot log into my acct any longer via the web). My character is still showing up on Wowarmory though.

Please help.

We were contacted recently by someone claiming this account and they were able to provide identity information.

If you are the original account holder of this account, I'd recommend contacting Billing immediately, as well as making sure all your systems and email are secure. I'd also be prepared to provide ID. When an account comes under contention, that is often necessary.
