Digital Purchase error

Whenever i try to purchase the burning crusade with the digital purchase, it says

Error 202: We were unable to process your request with the information provided. Please consider purchasing a retail copy of the game or contacting <a href="http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20606&rhtml=true?rhtml=y">Billing and Account Services</a> for further assistance.


any way to fix this?

"Error 202" usually indicates that the provided payment method is incompatible in some way with the selected online purchasing system (in this case, a digital upgrade). This doesn't mean that the payment method is invalid or in poor standing, Siied. Rather, it's just a sign that something isn't syncing up with the online transaction.

In these situations, it's sometimes best to first ensure that the account's billing information is up to date. If everything looks solid, then you're welcome to contact our Billing & Account Services department by phone (like you're in the process of doing). Our representatives will be happy to work with you and assist with your transaction in any way possible. :0)
