Log in problems

My fiancee can not log in to her battle.net account. She has an authenticator. The log in screen is saying the information she entered is not valid. Any help here would be great.

One of her toon's name is Ailana.

From my view, Kusheil, it does look more like it may be an authenticator desync issue. These can happen with the physical authenticators from time to time, though it's generally pretty rare.

As Coresala suggested, contacting Billing & Account Administration would be best for this situation. Make sure you have the authenticator on hand to provide the serial number!
