Dear Blizzard,

Maybe I will get a reply from Blizzard, or from a player who knows the answer so here goes.
Recently a friend of mind has quit playing the game and had offered to let me buy his account from him and merge to it mine, my question is.. Is it against the terms of service to do so? And if not is it possible to merge the account to my own so that I have access to it. If said actions are against the terms of service then clearly I will not be buying said account but if there is no problem then I would like to know if this is possible.
