Blizz Email Questionnaire? SCAM!?

I recently got an email claiming to be from Blizzard Entertainment (as sender). There was no email address, just Blizzard Entertainment. Adressed to my name (which is on my battle.net, and is not my email account name, which is abbreviated), it said <Name> - We Want Your Opinion.
Claiming I was a registered player of World of Warcraft, they wanted to me to take a survey to create the best gaming experience possible. Now, it looks like it could be 100% legit... But, I noticed a few things were off.
First, it didnt come from an email @blizzard.com
Secondly, the link led to a website that was not owned by blizzard.'
However, they said I could reply to: blizsurvey@blizzard.com, which makes me question. This email was not in plain written form, it was a graphic template with inserted links and text.
Lastly, they said I could check the privacy policy on the blizzard.com website, and the self-searched link isnt the same as the link given in this email. There are also hidden links to the ESRB, and the template itself is a Burning Crusade format I have never seen before.

Im worried that this is a fraud, and would like an answer back from a GM, or insight into this email as to if its phishing or fraudulent.

<Name>,

Our goal at Blizzard Entertainment is to make the most epic gaming experiences possible, so we want to get your feedback as a registered user of World of Warcraft®. We invite you to participate in an online survey where your responses will help us determine which areas to focus our attention in the coming months. You must be 13 years of age or older to fill out the questionnaire. The entire survey is expected to take about 15 minutes to complete.

If you would like to participate, click on the following link:

We really value your opinions and hope you'll make the time to participate. If you have any questions, you may contact us at

We look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

If it's going to Zoomerang.com, it's legit.

This is correct. Sorry if there was any confusion, we are utilizing a third party for this survey, and we'd greatly appreciate it if you took the time to fill it out. >^.^<
