MAJOR customer service problem

This evening I ran into several unique individuals while seeking people for Onyxia. Long story short I satrt recieving messages from 3 different players. Cussing me talking about having sex with my girlfriend. Whispering her the same thing. I was even told the by the guy that he would meet me in person and kill me. Im talking explicit details here to me and my girlfriend.

So what do I get as a paid subscriber to your game?

Nothing. I get an ingame mail and a survey.

Is it to much to ask for your gms to treat me like an actual human being and not just treat me like a nobody?

I mean the stuff they were telling my girlfriend was absolutely vulgar and the gms have done nothing. Talking about #!@##@ people and these players are still online on trade chat as I type this.

I'd like someone to respond to my problem in a professional way and show the least bit of sympathy.

You've done the proper thing reporting this. If you feel a threat is in Real Life and genuine, you need to contact authorities.

As much as we'd sometimes like to - we cannot divulge what is done to a 3rd party due to a report.

If you contact authorities and they need more information, they will contact us directly.
