Q: I want to know what the hell is going on with my account?
A: It appears your account was reported as compromise. While you were sleeping someone was able to gain access to your account. LÃghtnìng: I was playing fine lastnight and I wake up this morning with spam emails in my Inbox that I had character restorations.. and my password changed.
A: Correct. The e-mails you are referring to are a confirmation of the in game items our game masters were able to recover for you. LÃghtnìng: I then change my password again and then it says my account is disabled?Is this the way you treat your paying customers to just do whatever you want with our accounts without premission of the owner???
A: Account security is one of our top concerns, we will do whatever it takes to protect your account. This in no way considered punishment.The account was locked for security purposes. LÃghtnìng: I want my account back to the way it was lastnight at 9 O'clock PM Centeral because I believe this is Bull **** that I am paying you to play your game and seeing my account suspended for no reason at all..

LÃghtnìng: I would also like to know WHO is this because this is the name at the bottom of the emails.. I believe he is who handled my account when I was sleeping..
A: Correct, Mehmjeiz was the game master that was able to recover all your items. I recommend you run an extensive virus scan on your computer and take a few minutes to check out the following security links.
