Username Algon on Moon Guard, he was supposed to have cancelled 2 months ago and I just saw him sign in so I called and asked, and it isnt him. Can a GM do something?

You'll want to submit a petition with this information, Mentaro. A Game Master can forward your friend's information on to an account specialist who can investigate the possibility of restoration and recovery. They will contact him from there via his registered account e-mail.

In the mean time, please forward your friend the following information - it is vital he discovers the source of his compromise if he wishes the account to remain secure in the future!
