Ok, so last weekend I got hacked and my alts and some gear from my main had been deleted/sold. I opened a ticket and got a response telling me that it was being investigated and I would get an email within 2 days tops, now, almost a week later, still no email from anyone. Now I know Blizz is very busy but saying they would contact me in 2 days tops and then not hearing from them for almost a week gets me a little worried/annoyed. Any advice or help or something would be very appreciated!

It does look like there may have been a glitch with your ticket, Towell, that caused it to get 'stuck'. This can happen in very rare cases, and I do apologize for the inconvenience. I've forwarded it along to an investigator so they can take a proper look into the situation.

Again, my utmost apologies for the mix-up!
