Password changes and missing gear.

I am currently in a password war so to speak with someone over the password to my account. All of my scanners say I have no viruses or malware, yet someone keeps finding a way to change it. I literally just changed it again about three minutes ago.

Also, I was hacked about four months ago (I'm assuming by the same person that's doing this to me now,) and some gear on a couple of my characters (Snugglez - Nordrassil, and Worry - Nordrassil,) went missing. I can not say exactly what pieces of gear it was though. If it's been too long to retrieve the gear, I understand; I just thought I'd give it a try.

What can I do to get this hacker away? I'm guessing changing my email, buying an authenticator (though when this person hacked me last time, he put his own authenticator on too.)

Hi Worry,

Make sure you have tried more than one Antivirus program. There isn't a single Antivirus program out there that will catch everything.

Antivirus Software and Anti-Spyware Software

When you scan your system, open the game, type a random username/password and keep it open while the antivirus program works its magic.

A verification step has been added when attaching an authenticator. You will be prompted to click on a link that is sent directly to your e-mail inbox. Make sure your e-mail is secure and only you should be able to attach an authenticator on the account. An e-mail and password change would be a great step to start with.

In regards to the RAF linked account, you may e-mail [email protected] or contact them directly by phone at 1-800-592-5499. Their hours of operation are 7days a week 7am - to 8pm.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Well I know my account security is the main thing here, but is there anything you can do about the missing items? I can let you guys know a few of the specific ones if you need proof.
Worry,

It looks like our game masters sent you an e-mail reply not to long ago. Unfortunately, they were not able to verify your losses. Please check your e-mail for further details and let me know if you have any additional questions.
