Ticket response missing

i submitted a ticket about a raid lockout that occured during the server crash we had on aggramar realm and today while i was online my ticket was cleared with no response given,

has anyone else had an issue like this?

should i resubmit the ticket or just call?

You should have received an in-game whisper regarding this matter, Asher, but it doesn't look like you did. I am sorry for what inconvenience that may have caused.

It looks like your request could not be granted, unfortunately. We are unable to reset raid IDs due to unexpected downtime. I'm sorry.
