Recruit a Friend - What iam doing wrong?

Hi.

I just send the recruit a friend e-mail to my wife.

She opened, fulfill every field, and clicked the confirmation e-mail link blizz send to her.

After that, we tried to click "add game trial" on her battlenet "summary" page, and didnt work.

what we are doing wrong?
