Character Flagged to Name Change

Hi, hope this is the right place to post this issue. I have recently transferred a number of characters servers and also faction changed. All my characters transferred and faction changed except one. When logging in this character I get the message "Character Flagged for Name Change" although I have already given the character a new name. This is the process I followed for my transfer.

1. Deleted the existing name holder character from destination server.
2. Transferred level 80 Shammy to new server.
3. Applied for faction change.
4. Customised the new character and give it the new held name. This process completed with this new name. (character appears on the character list displaying this name).
5. Attempted to enter world and recieved above error message.

I opened an ingame ticket to get this solved over 24hours ago however I have no response. Here is the servers I transfered from:

Original Server: Caelestrasz
New Server: Nagrand
Old Characters Name: Stormmane
New Characters Name: Monsoonel
Old Fraction: Allance
New Fraction: Horde

I was wanting to findout if I could get this character un-flagged so i can keep the name? Any assistance would be appreciated .
