Character restore issues

I have recently sent in two tickets and currently a third for a character restoration. I deleted the character before canceling my account in an attempt to leave the world of warcraft forever. after months of boredom i decided to play again and would really like to see my character brought back to life. I know that it could have been saved indefinitely, but we all make mistakes. whether the character is going to be restored or not is not my issue. For each ticket i have filled out, i have received nothing more than an in game mail telling me that my raid id cannot be reset. Is anyone actually reading my ticket?

I am sorry to hear that your tickets were not answered appropriately, Tørment.

I have reviewed the situation and it appears as though your tickets were being placed into the wrong queue, hence why you were receiving Raid ID reset information and not restoration information.

With that said I show your current ticket is in the correct queue at this time and will be reviewed by a specialist soon. You will receive an email confirmation when the ticket has been resolved.
