Loot card redemption issue!! :(

Hello Blizzard,

I went out tonight with my wife, splurged on some of the World of Warcraft trading cards from the set Archives, I was lucky enough to loot 3 mounts and several other items! everything went really well, I was able to retrieve all my items through the redemption process, and 2 of my mounts, but the code the website gave me for the bear mount does not work in the game!! :( I thought that maybe it was me fat fingering it or something, so i copied and pasted, same issue, even went through verrry verrry slowly one number at a time to verify and it is truely a bad code i think, can you offer any help? i saw someone else got a blue reply saying that the webservices were playing up? But This happened literally after i had just redeemed 6 items.please help thanks.

At one time there was an issue with not being able to input enough numbers. If that is NOT the case here, and the code just doesn't seem to work, Billing may be your next best step to contact.

I'm honestly not sure what may be the issue here, we have seen just a few reports of this very recently, so it's likely not you.
