as the title says MONTHS after words, still see it and reporting people does nothing as I see the same people doing it.

We're definitely aware of the issue, Stormspellz, and there is a fix planned for an upcoming patch. I'm afraid I don't have more definitive information for you, but rest assured that our developers are in the process of fixing this as soon as possible.

In the mean time, while you may feel your reports 'do nothing,' I can assure you quite the contrary. It is difficult to tell whether or not a player received an action from another player's point of view. It is not information we provide, and there is no way for you to track this. Did a player get suspended for a couple days, or did they simply decide to take a break? Is someone who regularly offends really going to be that willing to tell you what may or may not have happened? Or is it in their better interest to make you believe nothing happens so that you don't report it again?

Better to let us know about these things. Remember that repeat offenders are liable to longer or harsher punishments, leading up to and including account closure. If you are curious as to how our Account Penalties system works, I've provided a link for you to peruse below. =)
