Annoyed logging into game now...

One day I logged on and I had an additional option to login into WoW1 a 2nd free trial account that I never added nor asked for. I noticed it wasn't going away so I created a character on that account that I never played to use up the 10 day limited trial in hoping the account would disappear when it was up. Not only did it not disappear, but now Blizzard is asking me to upgrade that useless account I have no plan on playing.

Do you guys not receive enough money from me already?

Anyways, I tried emailing Blizzard asking them very nicely to remove WoW1 so when I login it can go straight into my character selection screen on my primary and only account that I wish to play and pay for. But for some reason they said they didn't have authority to make such a change. I forgot exactly which email I used, but can someone please do something about this? I don't want to wait 3 hours on the phone to get something so simply changed and I don't want to have to pick between accounts to login everytime when I only wish to play one.
