Authenticator Lost

I'm posting this on behalf of my husband. Our kids have managed to sneak off with his authenticator and them being only 2 & 3 yo they keep saying its stuck up a tree..... Is there a way to get it removed from his account so he can get the mobile authenticator? Thanks in advance

Indeed there is, but it's going to take contact with Billing to accomplish.

I'm sure you can understand why this can't necessarily be as simple a process as one may wish, that's for your protection.

I'd give Billing a call. If you jotted down the serial number, more the better.
