I stop playing WOW several months ago. I decided to come back and when I logged in I found my main character had no money, armour or even a hearth stone. My other character had been severely disabled.
Blizzard says they can't or won't fix this and sent me 500 gold. I won't be playing there games in the future.

That would be due to the age of this, Red.

Unfortunately, while our records are extensive, they are not infinite.

We actually sent your account 1,000 gold (500 to both 80's) - which I know may not seem like a lot, but it was to help a bit towards getting your characters back into a condition they can be played since we couldn't verify anything else.

Your Warlock seems to have most of his gear retained, the warrior does look like he'll need a bit of gear.
