I have a hunter on a seperate bnet account...

and i want to switch him over.....the bnet accounts are under seperate names.....but the original account names are the same....will blizz let me switch him?

From my understanding the accounts have to be under the same owner name. Our billing and accounts department should have more information though.

It may be possible, but like I mentioned before, the Billing and Accounts department will be able to let you know for sure if it's possible after they look at the accounts.
