Faction change/name change error?need gm

okay so got a character transfer which was good,but my faction change didnt. tried to change the name of my char cuz its taken and it just sits at renaiming character...so i just waited 2 hours now for my faction change. NOTHING is happening at all please help asap

From what I can see, Sports, your Faction Change hasn't processed. Have you visited the Faction Change transaction page to see if you need to do anything?

Yes, Sports, I checked on the transaction and everything looks in order, it just is still processing.
