How do i report this person?

We do our best to cultivate a fun atmosphere for all, and disrupting zones/areas to cause another player grief or distress is not something we deem as “fun” for all. Situations such as the one you describe above, Darbarius, may be considered Zone/Area Disruption, and players intentionally involving themselves in such behavior may be subject to disciplinary actions. I would suggest that you take a moment to submit an in-game petition to report the player.

If it is deemed that the player is intentionally trying to degrade the quality of their instance run, at the cost of other players, then they may be spoken to by the Game Master department. If the character has been stripped from all of their Azerothly possessions, though, and are trying to get back into the game, it may be a different story.
