Need help removing 2nd account

Hello, some months ago I made a second account using the RAF system to get the lfying rocket. Both primary and second account are under the same bnet loggin, and I'd like to remove the 2nd account from that email address (since it was only created to get the rocket and it's currently frozen). Tried looking around in account manager but cannot find that option. Thanks in advance.

For this situation you will need to call Billing and Account services here:

    Account Services
    Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc

    Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time
