WoW1/WoW2?

I got a new computer yesterday, and was having problems installing WotLK from the site (the one that also installs all previous expansions.). It was telling me that I needed a disk, and I have seen that many other people are having this issue as well.

I found that this issue can be fixed by installing BC, so I installed it from the same download link (the one that also installs all previous expansions).

So here I am with Vanilla, and Burning Crusade installed. Now this morning, I went to install WoTLK from the same link, but I found that the blizzard websites were down, including WoW. So I found my WoTLK disk and installed it.

Now for some reason, when I go to log into my WoW account, it gives me the option of logging into WoW1, or WoW2. I don't even know what this means, or how it even got there. Is this a problem?
