Zouche has excellent advice, Alezandros. I'm afraid those of us who post here are mostly unable to provide in-game assistance, as we are not Game Masters and do not address in-game petitions.

If you could submit an in-game petition with the player's name and realm or e-mail the information along with an estimated time to wowgm@blizzard.com, a Game Master will investigate as soon as they are able.
