How long is this going to take?

I was in an Internet cafe 2 days ago when I need to use the washroom. Being the trusting sort I am I decided not to bother logging out for the minute or so I would be gone. This was a mistake, some guy came over and deleted my 2 level 80's before running off... I sent an in-game petition almost immediately (once I'd gotten over my disbelief) but have been waiting 48 hours now with no response. How long does this type of thing usually take? I'd like to do my weekly ICC runs o_O

I do apologize for the wait, but we are working as quickly as we can to reduce those queue times for you. In the mean time, thanks very much for your patience and understanding. =)

In the future, I highly recommend logging out at any point you are away from your computer, especially in a public area. As much as I am a trusting person myself, it's better to avoid these potential situations altogether.
