Unfortunately, Megakenkidki, it sounds like there was an issue with the transaction when you attempted it twice. The pending charge should return to the card within 3-5 business days but you may need to wait until then before you can complete the transaction.
Once the funds return to the card you may want to call our Billing and Account Services department directly, they may be able to manually process the purchase for you.
