Hey everyone i'm server/faction transfering this guy and theres a specific name i want on a server. It's currently in use by a level 2 character. His character portrait is black so i assume he's inactive. Where could i go to have it so i receive this name when i transfer?

In this type of situation, the best course is to simply ask being specific to the name of course - and realm.

There are very strict criteria which must all be met for us to release a name for reuse, it's not done lightly. Never hurts to ask. The worse that can happen is you'll receive a response of 'sorry, no', that name cannot be released at this time.
