Raf frustrations

Ok.. so i talk this guy into playing WoW, now I'm afraid he almost hates me. He gets the email invite (in his spam box), uses the key code on the page from the link. He has a 10 day trail. It says so on my raf list that we're linked. There's no such info on his. He pays for the upgrade and the game, gets an email that he's upgraded. He can chat and equip bags, yadda yadda. But alas, no summoning can be done, no bonus leveling,..... nothing. Pissofficating.

What gives?

Will we be getting our bonus exp in the mail?

Oh and btw.. why am i still in Tortheldren?

It sounds like he may have accidentally created two accounts. Ask him if he sees WOW1 and WOW2 on his Battle.net account. Or if you both used the same computer to set it up, if you didn't sign out of battle.net before he clicked on the link, it may have put the trial on your Battle.net account.

Either way, it can be fixed. He just needs to contact Billing.
